The children just love this Jell-O Salad, and actually, it’s one of my favorites too! The Marinated Bean Salad is very yummy, especially when you get those green peppers and red onions fresh from your garden.

These are a few of our family’s favorite salad recipes; a great addition to any wedding reception.
Broccoli Salad
3-4 heads broccoli
2 gr. onions chopped
Cheddar cheese grated (add what you like)
1 lb. bacon-crisp
Dressing: ½ c. mayo, 1 Tbs. vinegar, ¼ c. sugar
Mix dressing ingredients and toss with other ingredients about 3-4 hrs. before serving. Toss occasionally.
