What is our return policy?

We truly want our customers to be happy.  You have a 30 day money back guarantee if you are not pleased. (This excludes clearance items and media; books, DVDs, ebooks) We will accept for refund any item purchased for a period of 30 days, as long as our return policies are followed. First, items must be in “new” as shipped condition, all packaging, manuals must be complete. There will be an additional fee for returns that are damaged, have missing items, are scratched from use, or have to be re-packaged.
